Ignore the negitve reviews! This is a great TV for the following reasons:
-The stand is very easy to install
-The picture is flawless
-Tech support is excellent
-It has 4 HDMI ports
-It is both 1080p and 120hz for a reasonable price
-It is HD
-It is great!
